If you work in CHSP-funded aged care, this is a wonderful opportunity for you & your team to connect with your sector colleagues & focus on strengthening organisation's diversity practice.

The program has been developed in consultation with CHSP-funded providers.

The program includes:

· Achieving Specialisation Verification

· Applying a Wellness & Diversity Lens to the Aged Care Quality Standards

· Preparing for the Support at Home Program (Melbourne)

· Caring for Aboriginal Elders (Bendigo)

· Tabletop discussions.

A special performance by the Rainbow Voices Community Choir.
