Clinical/Care Governance Workshops

Facilitated by Claire Edwards, Founder of b.school4homecare, TAG Health, these workshops are designed to empower organisations in community aged care programs with the skills and knowledge needed to develop and implement an effective clinical governance framework. Under the new Aged Care Act community aged care providers must have clear clinical governance frameworks which focus on ensuring safe, high-quality care for all consumers.

 

These sessions are suitable for Quality and Compliance Managers, Executive Management and Program Managers from CHSP Service Providers who are keen on mastering clinical/service governance, risk management and data proficiency.
