Volunteers: Documentation and Reporting training
This course will build your understanding and confidence about what should be documented and reported in your role. We will discuss the difference between subjective and objective reporting and the use of templates in the workplace. We will also discuss the importance of understanding verbatim reporting and why we need to document and report information that can be shared with other stakeholders. This could include reviewing an issue that may be in question and further clarity is being sought.
Places are limited for each session – 25 participants, and allocations will be provided on a first registered basis, so we encourage you to register early.
The session will be presented by Kate Pascale& Associates and is targeted toward the role of volunteers.
